This section of the manual is relevant only to users of Mclowd Pro Version and Mclowd Premium Version
Mclowd™ Centralised Transactions Screen provides a comprehensive list of transactions, optionally filtered on selected criteria, with the ability for users to click through to the Accounting Screen for any selected account.
Links provide quick access to some of the functions accessed via the Tab menu, and additionally access Accounting (otherwise accessed via the Settings Menu) and facilitate export of displayed data to an Excel Spreadsheet.
While, at present, the Centralised Transactions Screen only displays data, Mclowd™ developers are currently working to enhance the functionality and enable data input via this screen, with extensive automation features, removing the need to use the tabs and making data input, including importing of data from external sources, even faster and easier.
Use the Links to navigate to other Mclowd™screens:
▪Dashboard: Displays the Mclowd™SUMMARY screen, displaying a summary of fund asset allocation and key financials
▪General Ledger: Displays the screen you see when selecting Accounting from the Settings Menu, listing general ledger accounts and balances and allowing inspection of entries
▪Data Import: Displays the Data Feeds button menu, facilitating posting of transactions directly from a bank data feed
▪Reports: Displays the Reports Menu
▪Asset Valuation: Displays the Asset Valuation Screen to make adjustments to asset values. (This is the same screen as displayed when you select the ASSETS tab and then the ASSET VALUATION button)
▪Export to Excel: Exports the entire displayed transaction list to an Excel file
