For day to day entry of income, expenses and payments, Mclowd™ employs three different methods of data entry:
•Entry via forms accessed from via button menus on the various Tabs. (Facilitated in all versions)
•Entry by processing data imported through Bank Data Feeds

Although all users can opt to process by allocating data received from bank data feeds, only Mclowd Premium Version users have access to automatic bank feed import. Other users need to export data from their bank, configure the file for Mclowd™ and manually import the data. To access automatic bank feed import, upgrade to Mclowd Premium Version.
•Entry via a Centralised Transaction Screen (Facilitated in all Practitioner versions and in the Trustee Pro Version)

As at the date of the last update to this section of the User Manual, facilitation of data entry via the Centralised Transaction Screen is a development work in progress. The Centralised Transaction Screen currently only provides a view of all entries.
