To perform year end processing, go to the Financial Periods screen.
The Financial Periods screen can be accessed via the SETTINGS menu (Top right, above the HELP tab).
Choose Financial Periods.
Mclowd™displays the Financial Periods screen:
This menu displays a list of all years from the year you selected in Fund Setup as the commencement year up until the current year.
For each year, Mclowd™indicates whether or not the year is OPEN for posting, and whether the General Ledger has been rolled.
This screen may also display INTERIM PERIODS if you have created any.
For example, if you closed a period to calculate member balances and convert a member account from one type to another.
