Both buyers and sellers can leave reviews relating to completed Services by selecting Reviews from the Dashboard menu or drop-down menu.
Reviews are important component of Community governance, as transparency will encourage an efficient work flow. Buyer reviews will assist new buyers to assess the quality and value offered by competing suppliers and choose the best supplier for their needs.
Seller reviews will assist sellers to
•evaluate buyer requests to determine which buyers are most likely to appreciate their offering.
•better understand buyer needs and habits, so they can tailor their offerings and proposals more accurately to buyer requirements
•You can access Reviews from either the Drop-down menu or the Quick Dashboard Menu.
