When you log in to Mclowd™ as a Practitioner, at the top of the screen, a title bar displays your name and company name, together with a Switch Fund option, Settings Menu and Logout Links.

Clicking Switch Fund will display a list of the funds you have set up and allow you to choose which one to work on. As you add funds, the new funds will be displayed in the list for selection. Clicking GO will open the selected fund to work on it.
The list shows the Fund ID (useful for reference when requesting support), number of members, fund value and the date the fund was last viewed.

When any Fund is open, Mclowd™ displays the Centralised Transaction Screen for that Fund.

When you being entering data, all of the transactions entered will be displayed here, with the option to Filter the display on Financial Year, Date Range, Member Account, General Ledger Account, Journal ID or Description.
The Tab Menu displays at the top of the Window, and the Settings Menu is accessible via the link to the right of your name.
